This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short 'Cr.P.C.') has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to direct to conclude the trial within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'be Court in G.T. No. 540 of 2008 (State vs. Shyam Babu and others), arising out case crime No. 87 of 2007, under Section 2/3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Jeeyanpur, District Azamgarh, expeditiously.
