Heard Sri Vinod Kumar, counsel for revisionist and learned AGA on the Criminal Misc. Time Extension Application No. 2 of 2018. This application is moved for extension of 10 days time to deposit amount as directed by this Court vide its order dated 7.2.2018 passed in Criminal Revision Defective N. 77 of 2018 by which revisionist was directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- within two weeks from the date of the order to Mediation Centre.
Counsel for revisionist submitted that due to illness of the counsel, this amount could not be deposited within stipulated time. Thus the time aforesaid time extension application is allowed and revisionist is granted 10 days more time to deposit the said amount from today onward to mediation centre in compliance of order dated 7.2.2018.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
