In pursuance of this Court's order dated 18.12.2020, a report of the three member medical board has been placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel which states that "we did not find any clinical evidence of hydrocele at present", therefore nothing survives in this matter to further adjudicate.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in pursuance of the above referred report of the medical board, the competent authority shall take appropriate action expeditiously.
