1. Heard Sri Kuldeep Singh Chahar learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Ashwani Prakash Tripathi learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - Sandeep Kumar, Brajmohan, Rukampal Singh and Vijay @ Amoli, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 361 of 2021, under Sections - 147, 148, 149, 307, 506, 323 I.P.C. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station - Jasrana, District - Firozabad.
3. In view of the fact that prima facie occurrence is made out from the reading of the FIR, no ground exist for grant of anticipatory bail.
4. Accordingly the present application is rejected with liberty to the applicant to apply for regular bail, which application when filed may be considered on its own merits and without being prejudiced by the observations made in this order.
