The petitioners claims themselves to be Constables and Head Constables. By means of this writ petition it is claimed that they were entitled to cycle allowance and now having been posted with Dial 100 Branch of police, cycle allowance has not been paid.
Whether the cycle allowance is admissible to the petitioners or not is for the authorities to look into.
In case the petitioners make a representation to the higher authority the same be considered and decided in accordance with.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
