This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondents to grant yearly increment to the petitioners from 2006 to 2010, along with arrears, in view of G.O. dated 21.1.2016.
The petitioners have already moved a representation in this respect.
The writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before directing Deputy Inspector General of Police (Establishment), U.P. Police Headquarter, Allahabad, along with certified copy of this order within two weeks. In case such a representation is filed, then it shall be decided, in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.
