The petitioner has come up complaining the unauthorized construction being raised by the respondent nos. 6 and 7.
Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Greater Noida, Industrial Development Authority contends that appropriate action will be taken, but the petitioner has not approached the Development Authority up-till now and has moved the application before the District Magistrate.
In the event, the petitioner approaches the authority, it will be open for the authority to take such appropriate action that may be permissible under law.
