Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
The impugned order dated 07.8.2018 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Auraiya in Case No. 481 of 2014 (Kiran Vs. Sandeep Kumar), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Bakewar, District Auraiya, shall remain stayed provided that applicant keeps on paying Rs.3000/- to the opposite party No.2 per month from the date of order during the pendency of this revision. In default of payment, this order shall stand automatically vacated.
Issue notice to opposite party no.2 returnable at an early date.
