Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"(i) Issue suitable writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 17.06.2017 (Annexure No. 1) lodged as case crime no. 30/17 Under Section 498A, 323, 504, 506, 354, 406, 313, I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act Police Station -Mahila Thana Civil Lines, Allahabad."
Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet bearing No. 01 of 2017 dated 2 November 2017 has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy, if they so desire and are advised, for appropriate relief.
