JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court on 19.09.2012 had directed the Director, Secondary Education, Lucknow to have an enquiry conducted as regards allegations made in para 23 of the petition and also whether the selected candidate was eligible to be appointed as Lecturer (Physical Education).
No counter affidavit has been filed.
Sri Arpit Shukla, learned State Counsel prays for and is granted a week's time to seek instructions regarding the compliance of the order dated 19.09.2012 passed by this Court and to produce the copy of the enquiry report and the decision, if any, taken in pursuance thereof, on the next date of listing.
