1. Heard Sri Raghuvansh Mishra, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. as well as Sri Atharva Dixit, Advocate for respondents.
2. Learned counsel for applicant states that parties have entered into compromise. That be so, it is open to applicant to move before Court below with aforesaid compromise and if such compromise is filed, the Court below shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, expeditiously.
3. With aforesaid observation, application is dismissed.
