Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Learned standing counsel has accepted notice for opposite parties no.1 to 5. He is granted time to seek instructions and to clarify before the court as to whether any disciplinary or departmental inquiry has been set up against petitioner in pursuance of the preliminary inquiry report dated 9.4.2013, if yes whether said disciplinary/departmental inquiry has been completed or is pending.
By filing this writ petition the impugned orders dated 21.12.2013 and 12.11.2013 passed by opposite parties no. 2 and 4 have been challenged.
Thus it is apparent that the cause of action of this writ petition has arisen much before vacation. Therefore, I am of the view that there is no urgency to entertain this writ petition in summer vacation.
List in second week of July, 2014 as fresh for hearing.
In the meantime, opposite party no.3 may decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with rules and law.
