The allegation of the petitioner is that the respondents are not adequately utilizing the money allocated by the State for grant of scholarship to the students. A complaint in this regard was also given to the District Magistrate, Shahjahanpur on 15th April, 2019.
Having considered the facts of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by directing the District Magistrate, Shahjahanpur to look into the matter and to take appropriate action, if required.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
