Heard Sri Manish Jaiswal, holding brief of Sri Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners.
The only relief pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner in this petition is that S.C.C. No.24 of 2015 (Sandeep Jaiswal and another Vs. Mukesh Chandra Gupta) pending in the court of Judge Small Cause Court, Allahabad, may be directed to be decided within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of providing that the concerned court below shall decide the aforesaid S.C.C. Suit, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
