Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Rajnish Kumar Rai, learned counsel appearing for the Railways.
The petitioners want that they may be allowed to complete the contract work as per the contracts dated 14.06.2016 and 13.06.2017 and may be paid the amount of the work done.
Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have been allowed to complete the work and now the only dispute that remains is regarding the payment.
In case the payment is not being made for the work done under the contracts, the petitioners may take recourse to the remedy provided under the contracts itself or may file civil suit.
In view of the above, the writ petition has no merit and is dismissed with the above observation.
