The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 154/2012, expeditiously.
The suit has been filed by the petitioners. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that issues were framed on 9.2.2018, and the trial Court has directed for issue Nos. 3 & 4 being decided as preliminary issues.
In such view of the matter, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial Court to decide the above referred issues, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments, and thereafter proceed to decide the suit, with a sense of expedition.
