The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide the Execution Case No. 03 of 2016 arising out of an Award under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 expeditiously.
Counsel for the respondent NOIDA has no objection in case direction is issued in this regard.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that the court/tribunal, before whom the proceedings are pending, shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
