When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing, learned advocate for the petitioner is not present. Learned advocate for the respondent has made grievance that the order passed by the Tribunal, which requires payment of subsistence allowance, is not complied by the petitioner.

2. As a last chance, the proceedings are adjourned to tomorrow i.e. on 12/04/2012. If learned advocate for the petitioner does not remain present on 12/04/2012 in the first call, the petition shall be dismissed by the Court.
