THIS CCC COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, ARAVIND KUMAR. J., PASSED THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R
Complainant who is petitioner in W.P.No.12959/2017 connected with W.P.No.17921/2018 is contending that respondent has willfully disobeyed the direction issued by learned Single Judge on 11.02.2019 in the said Writ Petitions.
2. We have heard the arguments of Sri.Jayanth Dev Kumar, learned advocate appearing for complainant and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.
3. The direction issued by the learned Single Judge reads:
“12. In view of the aforesaid submission, these petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Rajya Dharmika Parishat to pass a speaking order on the application submitted by the petitioner under Section 20-A(2)(vii) of the Act, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.”
4. Learned Additional Government Advocate on instructions from officers who are present before the Court submits that hearing has been concluded and orders would be passed as directed by learned Single Judge on or before 27.11.2019.
5. Hence, placing said submission and undertaking on record, this contempt proceedings are dropped with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in the event of orders not being passed as undertaken.
