Respondents (By Smt Sona.M.Badiger, Advocate for R1, Sri G.Papi Reddy, Advocate for R2 & R3) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct to the R2 and 3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner vide annexure-D and D1 dated 27.06.2019 by returning the original documents and transfer certificate to the petitioner within a specific time frame.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Today respondent Nos.2 and 3 furnished marks cards and other documents except the Transfer Certificate. It was handed over to the petitioner who is present in the Court. Insofar as, transfer certificate is concerned the appropriate procedure is to transmit to the particular Institution where the petitioner is pursuing further studies.
2. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are hereby directed to not to delay in process of transmitting the transfer Certificate.
With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
