Heard Ms.Rekha Kapadia, learned advocate for the applicants and Mr.H.L.Jani, learned APP for the respondent - State.

Mr.Jani, learned APP has produced jail remarks. It is taken on record. He has submitted that some of the applicants are released from the jail after completion of conviction and sentence.

Office is directed to call for R & P from the trial Court so as to reach this Court on or before 29.2.2012.
