Heard Sri R.K. Tripathi holding brief of Sri Premnendra Singh, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh for the 5th respondent. The learned Standing Counsel is for the respondent nos. 1,3 and 4.
The delay has been sufficiently explained and the cause has been shown to be sufficient.
We allow the prayer for condoning the delay. The appeal shall be treated to be within time and the office shall give a regular number to the same.

Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the 5th respondent who has produced the judgment of the Division Bench dated 25.04.2018 in Special Appeal No. 90 of 2018 Jai Karan Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and others, we see no reason to differ from the view taken by the learned Single Judge, inasmuch as, the error in filling of the forms and the legal issue involved in respect thereof has already been answered by the said Division Bench in the above noted case. Following the same, we find no merit in this appeal which is accordingly rejected.
