ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, in not permitting the petitioner to pursue her III year B.E course 2014-15 even after she attained eligibility by attending the respective B.E III year I semester course classes, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to pursue her course.”
At the hearing, it is not disputed by learned counsel for both the parties that the issue similar to that raised in this Writ Petition was decided by this Court, vide Writ Petition No.29245 of 2014, dated 19.11.2014.
For the same reasons as contained in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is dismissed with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.46655 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
