1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
2. For the order proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notices to the respondents No. 3 and 4.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that his father was working in District J.P. Nagar at Gajraula Nagar Panchayat when he died in harness. The petitioner submitted an application for compassionate appointment and was appointed as Safai Nayak in 2007 in the Nagar Palika Parishad Rampur. There is a Government Order dated 30.04.2007 which provides the facility of transfer of such employee under Clause - 2 thereof. He has submitted his application for transfer, which was also forwarded by the Executive Engineer of Nagar Palika Parishad, Rampur to the Director, Local Bodies on 16.11.2007 saying that in case the petitioner is transferred to Nagar Panchayat, Gajraula they have no objection to such transfer. Despite such forwarding of the letter from Nagar Palika Parishad, Rampur, the respondent No. 2 has not addressed the grievance of the petitioner till date. The petitioner has made repeated representations, copies of such representations have been filed as Annexure - 5, 6 and 7 to the writ petition.

This writ petition is disposed off without entering into the merit of the controversy with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner as mentioned in his representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned.
