Samuel vs State

Heard Mr. Prabhakar Upadyay, learned advocate for the applicant. The main matter being Special Civil Application No.1626 of 2009 is admitted vide order dated 27.4.2009 and it can be seen from the record of the main matter that even the pleadings are not complete. Moreover, earlier many such similar matters were admitted and are pending for final hearing and therefore, no priority can be given to the present matter.

In view of the above, this application is rejected.
