JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent not to deliver the goods covered by Exts.P3 to P8 to any other person other than the petitioner. This is apparently a dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent, a private party. Such issues cannot be adjudicated in this proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. I do not think that, this Court can enter into a finding in this regard.
Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed.
