Hon'ble Rajes Kumar,J.
Connect it with leading writ petition No. 1484 of 2007.
In the meantime, the realisation of the entry tax shall remain stayed provided the petitioner furnishes security in the form of bank guarantee within a period of one month before the assessing authority. The petitioner shall renew the bank guarantee time to time. In case if the period of bank guarantee expires, the interim order granted shall stand automatically vacated.
Declaration form for import demanded by the petitioner will not be refused solely on the ground that the entry tax has not been paid.
