Learned counsel for both the parties agree for final disposal of the appeal at the admission itself as the only question involved in this appeal is as to whether the suit as filed by the plaintiff/appellant for the cancellation of the sale deed dated 7.1.83 was maintainable and was not barred by Section 331 of U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act.

As agreed by the parties put up on Monday i.e. 27.9.2010.

Till the next date of listing, parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to possession over the land dispute.
