Heard Sri Ram Sajiwan Prajapati, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel represents respondent nos.1 & 2 and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for dismissal of present writ petition as not pressed, on the ground that there are some clerical mistakes in the writ petition, which cannot be cured by moving amendment application.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer as made by counsel for the petitioner.
Prayer made by counsel for the petitioner is allowed and present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
