Public Prosecutor, for R1 ORDER The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the order made in Na.Ka.No.3378/2011 A2 dated 30.6.2011 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same by allowing this criminal original petition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter since the proceedings of the first respondent came to be issued as early as in the year 2011.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
