(By Sri.B.N.Jagadeesh, Advocate) …Respondent This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the FIR in Cr.No.2/2016 pending on the file of Anti-Corruption Bureau, Kolar for the offence punishable under Section 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of P.C. Act.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER The matter was listed yesterday i.e., on 22.10.2019 and called out twice. There being no representation on behalf of the petitioners, petition was directed to be listed today.
Even today, when the case is called out, there is no representation. It is reflective of the lack of interest by the petitioners in prosecuting the petition. Hence, petition stands dismissed.
In view of the dismissal of the main petition, I.A.No.2/2017 does not survive for consideration. Hence, disposed of.
