ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare proceedings bearing Ref.No.B/5003/2014, dated 09.09.2014, of respondent No.4, as communicated through proceedings bearing Ref.No.B/220/2014, dated 10.09.2014, of respondent No.5 withdrawing the petitioner’s appointment as fair price shop dealer on compassionate grounds as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) appearing for the respondents placed before the Court a copy of the proceedings in Ref.B/5003/2014, dated 16.12.2014, of respondent No.4, whereby he has appointed the petitioner as fair price shop dealer of shop No.24 of Besthavaripalli Village, Vemula Mandal, YSR Kadapa District on compassionate grounds.
In view of the said order, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.47606 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
