JUDGMENT / ORDER

Nanavati, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners, prays that he may be permitted to join the Divisional Railway Manager (Works), Western Railways, Division Office, Bhavnagar Para, Bhavnagar as party-respondent No.3 to the petition.
Permission to do so, is granted. The necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.
Issue Notice to the newly added respondent No.3, making it returnable on 13.02.2012.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service is also permitted.
