JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Ms.Patel, learned counsel appearing for Nanavati Associates for the petitioners in both the petitions tenders draft amendment.
2. Mr.Arpit Patel, learned counsel appearing for Mr.M.A. Patel for respondent No.3 and Ms.Nisha Thakore, learned A.G.P. for the State-authorities have no objection if the draft amendment is granted.
3. Hence, draft amendment is allowed. To be carried out forthwith.
4. Ms.Thakore, learned A.G.P. tenders affidavit filed in Special Civil Application No.15487 of 2011. The same is taken on record.
