Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioners state that they purchased land admeasuring Ac.0-06 Gts in Sy.No.146, Ac.5-06 Gts in Sy.No.147, Ac.7-14 Gts in Sy.No.148, admeasuring Ac.12-34 Gts in Sy.No.149 and Ac.0-20 Gts in Sy.No.152, totally admeasuring Ac.26-00 Gts, situated at Nidamanur Village & Mandal, Nalgonda District and as per the earlier orders of third respondent, their names were also mutated in revenue records and pattadar pass books and title deeds were issued to them. While the petitioners are in possession and enjoyment of the aforesaid land, their names are not reflected in the pahani patrikas, hence they made a representation in 2013 to the third respondent for incorporating their names in pahani patrikas, (a copy of the said representation is annexed to the writ petition as Ex.P2) which is stated to be still pending without passing any order. Alleging inaction on the part of the third respondent, the present writ petition is filed.
Keeping in view the fact that since mutation in favour of the petitioners was already effected and pattadar passbooks and title deeds were also issued to them, there is no reason why the names of the petitioners could not be incorporated in the pahani patrikas.
Hence this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
