JUDGMENT / ORDER

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on previous hearing as well as today's hearing.
2. Heard Mr.K.Venkataramani, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.A.Rajaperumal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. The third respondent filed a counter affidavit, wherein, it has been stated as follows:
The petitioner illegally extended electricity connection from the OHT nearby meant for office use. He indulged in power theft and used it for commercial purpose, which is utter violation of rules. But, the respondents did not disconnect it at all. All the materials owned by the petitioner are intact in the building without disturbing anything. It is humbly submitted that there is no contempt of Court by the respondents. Hence, there is no disobedience of Hon'ble Court order dated 24.05.2012.
4. Since the third respondent has, in his counter, stated that the respondents did not disconnect the service connection, the contempt petition stands closed.
