1. The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 45 days so as to arrange for the financial assistance to the family and also to arrange for the marriage expenses of his daughter.
2. Learned APP MR. H. K. Patel invited attention of this Court to jail remarks wherein it is stated that the convict is undergoing ten years imprisonment for offences punishable under sections 8(C), 19 and 21 of The NDPS Act in Sessions Case No.130 of 2004 wherein he was convicted by Judgment and Order dated 06.05.2009.
3. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, no case is made out to grant temporary bail and hence the application is rejected.
