1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge sheet dated 28.10.2017, cognizance order dated 25.1.2017 as well as entire proceeding of SST No. 327 of 2017 (State vs. Samir alias Raja and others) under Sections 366, 376, 120B, IPC & 3(2)5 SC/St Act, Police Station Machhlishahar, District Jaunpur, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 4, Jaunpur.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly states that the facts giving rise to the present application are more or less identical to that of the Application u/s 482 No. 13274 of 2018 (Kallu alias Shah Mohammad vs. State of U.P. and another) filed by the co-accused, which has already been disposed of by the Court vide order dated 25.5.2018.
4. The present application is also disposed of on the same terms and conditions.
