JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner challenges an order passed by the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kasaragod in C.C.No.13/2012. The petitioner preferred an appeal as Appeal No.657 of 2012 before the Kerala State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, which also came to be dismissed.
2. The petitioner has a further right of revision before the National Commission. Under these circumstances, the present writ petition challenging Exts.P1 and P2 is not sustainable. The petitioner has to approach the competent authority under the Statute to challenge the orders passed at Exts.P1 and P2.
In the said circumstances, there being no merits in the above writ petition, the same is dismissed.
