1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 14, 21, 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India and under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the judgment and order dated 04.07.2011 passed by Additional Family Court, Vadodara in Criminal Misc. Application No.3504/2010, on the grounds stated in the application.
2. Learned Advocate Mr.Mohsin Hakim for the petitioner states that as the matter is settled between the parties before the lower Court. Therefore, Mr.Hakim seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
