1. Rule.
Mr.Dipak Joshi, learned counsel appearing for Mr.Dipak Dave waives service of Rule on behalf of the opponent.
2. It appears from the record that vide order dated 26.04.2004, the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.3017 of 2004 is ordered to be heard along with Special Civil Application No.2641 of 2004.
3. The record shows that the said writ petition is also pending for final hearing.
4. The main matter relates to challenge to the order of termination passed by the opponent and is admitted in the year 2004.
5. However, many other matters relating to dismissal admitted prior to the date of admission of the main writ petition are pending and, therefore, no priority can be given to the present writ petition.
6. Hence, the application is disposed of. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs.
7. However, it would be open for the applicant-original petitioner to again make the similar request in the month of June, 2012.
