Learned AGA informed the Court that the sole appellant has died.

From perusal of the office report dated 22.06.2021, it also transpires that in compliance of order dated 3.3.2021, passed in Crl.Appeal No.5361 of 2003, CJM, Saharanpur, vide letter dated 24.03.2021, has stated that the sole appellant has died.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
