Nanavati, learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that right from the inception, in this petition ad interim relief was continuing. However, on account of inadvertence, after 20.01.2012, it has not been extended. He has already informed Ms. Bhaya, learned advocate for respondent No.2 that the request is going to be made to extend the same, as nothing adverse has happened in the interregnum period.

In view of this, ad interim relief granted earlier shall continue till further orders. S.O. to 15.03.2012.
