JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
Learned APP Ms. Krina Calla waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent - State.
The applicant has preferred this application for grant of parole for a period of 30 days on the ground of performing the after marriage rituals of his daughter.
Vide order dated 09.02.2012, the District Magistrate, Rajkot had ordered the release of the applicant convict prisoner on parole for three (3) days in order to enable him to attend the marriage of his daughter.
The applicant - convict prisoner has been in jail for more than 11 years and whenever he was released on furlough/parole, he had surrendered in time.
In view of the above, the applicant - convict prisoner is granted parole for a period of fifteen (15) days, from the date of his release, on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only), before the Court below, on the usual terms and conditions and on completion of the period of parole, the applicant shall surrender before the jail authority.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is allowed. Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
