Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Only prayer made in the present petition is to issue a direction to the Court below to decide the temporary injunction application (6C) in Original Suit No. 1244 of 2008 (Mohd. Jaleel vs. Mohd. Idrish) within stipulated period.
For the above prayer, the first prayer made in the present petition has not been pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

A perusal thereof indicates that all the defendants have put in appearance in the said suit.
Be that as it may, without expressing any opinion as to the merits of claim of the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Court below to decide the temporary injunction application (6C) in Original Suit No. 1244 of 2008 (Mohd. Jaleel vs. Mohd. Idrish) within a period of one month from the date of submission of certified copy of this order, after satisfying itself about the service of summons upon the defendants, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
In case of any adjournment, appropriate cost shall be imposed by the Court below upon the party concerned.
