This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to stay the Non Bailable Warrant dated 25.8.2008 and quash the entire proceedings pending before Ld. A.C.J. III, (JD), Shahjahanpur, U.P. in Complaint Case No. 2151 of 2007 (Old No. 5189/06), U/s 420, 504, 506 I.P.C.
Record shows that this matter is pending since 2008 on account of interim order dated 19.9.2008 passed by this Court whereby the proceedings of the lower Court has also been stayed.
Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order stands vacated.
