Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no. 3, Tehsildar/Assistant Collector, Chakiya, District Chanduali be directed to decide Case No. T 201814180202799 (State Vs/ Bpdjo) under section 67 (1) of UP Revenue Code, 2006 alongwith connected Case No. T-201814180202803 (State Vs. Musafir) and Case No. T-20181418180202805 (State Vs. Sita Ram), within a stipulated time.
This prayer is not opposed by the learned Standing counsel.
In view of such facts, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the aforesaid cases of the petitioner on its own merits, if possible, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of computer generated copy of the order being passed today in PDF form strictly in accordance with law.
In above terms, the writ petition is disposed of.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
