1. This application has been moved by the applicants (original petitioners) for carrying out the amendment in the Memorandum of Special Civil Application No.8852 of 2011, as per the Draft Amendment annexed as Annexure-1.
2. Heard Mr.Shivang M. Shah, learned advocate for the applicants, Mr.Harshadray A. Dave, learned advocate for respondent No.6 and Ms.Nisha M. Thakore, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.1.
3. In view of the fact that the amendment does not change the nature of the petition and there is no opposition to the same, the following order is passed:
The applicants are permitted to amend Special Civil Application No.8852 of 2011, as per the Draft Amendment annexed at Annexure-1. The amendment shall be carried out within one week from today.
