The applicant/prisoner has taken-out this application for seeking parole leave on account of repairing of his house. The jail remarks indicates that the prisoner/applicant when released on furlough leave on 25/05/2006 for 14 days, he surrendered 1825 days late i.e. on 16th June, 2012. This tendency, which evinced by the prisoner has dis-entitled him to seek the relief of parole leave. The parole leave is rejected. This may not be treated as complete ban and for appropriate reason, he will be entitled to make application for parole leave and the same should be considered in accordance with law. The main reason for rejecting this application is his tendency to surrender late and the reason not being proper for exercising discretion in his favour. Hence, this application is rejected. The prisoner/applicant be informed accordingly.
