Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Mutation Case No. 251 of 2010 (Sama Parveen Vs. Achchhe) pending in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil-Handia, District Allahabad, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No. 251 of 2010 (Sama Parveen Vs. Achchhe) pending in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil-Handia, District Allahabad shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
